Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Homerun Home Solutions LLC
If you can carry 30 transactions to the closing table at once, and leave every seller feeling taken care of along the way, keep reading.
Who We Are
Homerun Home Solutions buys houses direct from homeowners in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and across the Lehigh Valley. We renovate them and resell them as Certified Pre-Owned Homes. We're the region's largest direct cash home buyer, on pace for about 70 flips in 2026, and accelerating.
We're six people who move with startup speed and close with the discipline of an established company. Homeowners choose us because we're the sure thing: done right the first time, done on time.
Where We're Headed
Our 2029 Vision is written down and will be shared with you, but here's a few highlights:
- Any Lehigh Valley homeowner thinking about selling weighs only two choices: list on the market, or call Homerun.
- Selling more than 10 flips a month and more than one closing every business day, with over 90% closing on time.
- Ritz-Carlton level service. Long after closing, sellers remember how safe and secure we made them feel.
- Real wealth built for everyone on our team, and a meaningful share of it given back to our community and to families who need it more.
Purpose Of This Role
Sales agrees on a plan with the seller. You make that plan become reality: on the date we promised, with every person involved informed and confident about what comes next.
You'll be the only closing manager at HRHS, reporting straight to the owner, and the department's results are yours. Grow with us, and this seat leads toward operations leadership.
What You Will Own
- Every transaction from signed contract to funded closing, with up to 30 live at a time. Roughly half are acquisitions (sellers and title) and half are flip sales (buyer's agents, loan officers and title).
- Same-day setup: when a contract is signed, the deadlines, checklist and introductions go out that day.
- The calendar for every contract date, including inspections, walkthroughs, title and financing contingencies.
- A weekly phone call with every seller to surface anything that could push back closing, with notes logged that same day.
- Alignment among title, agents, lenders, our construction team and inspectors, including who attends each walkthrough.
- Your daily operating checklist and the department scoreboard, both finished before you sign off.
- Difficult conversations with upset or combative sellers and buyers, handled with patience and a backbone.
- The experience after the signature: walkthrough touches, relocation help, last-minute foreclosure saves, and the reviews and video testimonials that follow.
- Constant improvement. You find the bottleneck and build the fix.
How We Measure Winning
- 90%+ of closings land on or before the planned closing date.
- 75%+ of signed contracts reach the closing table.
- Missed major deadlines stay near zero, week after week.
- Every active seller hears your voice by phone at least once a week.
- At least 2 new five-star Google reviews come in every week.
- Your daily checklist and scoreboard are complete every working day.
Who Thrives Here
- You want to be accountable for an entire department's numbers, and you'd rather work side by side with the owner than through layers of management.
- You act before anyone asks. A quiet seller is a call you make today.
- Problems read as puzzles to you. When a deal wobbles, you find the path through it.
- Precision is a habit. Dates, documents and follow-ups stay tight even at full volume.
- People trust you when emotions run high, and you can hold a firm line kindly.
- You follow the process on hectic days as faithfully as on slow ones.
- You're looking for a seat that will stretch you, personally and professionally.
Background that helps: transaction coordination, escrow, title, closing, paralegal or other deadline-heavy work. Comfort with ClickUp, Podio, DocuSign and Google Workspace is useful, and Pennsylvania real estate experience is a bonus. How you work matters more to us than what's on your resume.
This Is Not For You If
- You wait for reminders, or need someone double-checking your work.
- Your answer to a full task list is sliding tasks to next week.
- You'd let a seller go a week without hearing from you.
- You dodge tough calls with sellers, agents or partners.
- You see a broken process and work around it instead of fixing it.
What We Stand For
- Always growing. We look for people who want a company that pushes them to become their best, in work and in life.
- Do the right thing. Our sellers are often in a hard season, facing one of the largest financial decisions they'll ever make. Integrity isn't optional.
- Others first. We serve sellers and each other, and we win as a team.
